Yep, you can! Ulta's return policy is pretty chill. Even if it's used, you can still return it for a refund or exchange. I've done it a few times with foundations that were the wrong shade.

Nah, most of the time those 20% off coupons specifically exclude prestige brands. It'll say it in the fine print. You usually need a special prestige-specific coupon for those.

Unfortunately, I don't think Ulta price matches Sephora. I've tried asking before and they always say no. Best to just use your points or get it from Sephora if the price difference is big.
